Janet Francis is an Attorney-at-Law and leads the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group of FrancisGrey.
Janet’s practice spans trust, corporate, banking and finance law. She specializes in advising on matters relating to the establishment, re-structuring and on-going operation of Cayman Islands investment funds and counsels HNWIs and their wealth managers on the use of investment funds and trusts in their wealth planning. She represents investment managers as well as their directors and financial service providers in the full spectrum of regulatory, compliance and corporate matters including advisory and service agreements, investor communication, and governance issues.
Janet is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and her practice encompasses alternate dispute resolution in the areas of Financial Services, Trusts and Estates and Sports and Entertainment.
