As the Director Business Support, Hub oversees the Maprima Business Support service line, which is responsible for advising our national and international clients and their companies on their expansion globally, and into the Netherlands. The services coordinated by the Maprima Business Support team include everything from accounting, payroll and HR to the company’s legal affairs in the Netherlands. They ensure clients and their companies, who wish to expand into the Netherlands, become and remain compliant with all Dutch legislation and requirements, and their (business) needs in the Netherlands are identified and fulfilled.
Hub completed both his Bachelor of Economics as well as his Post-Bachelor degree in accounting (AA) at Hogeschool Zuyd, in Sittard. Hub has worked at various accounting firms, as well as being active as an interim financial controller. At Maprima, Hub has contributed to a steep growth of the Business Support department since joining in 2019.
In his spare time, Hub is active as an icehockey referee, plays padel and tries to stay active by taking part in running events during the off-season.
He is fluent in Dutch and English, and is proficient in German as well.
