Duties include:
➢ Preparation and review of client accounting files, relating to the preparation of unaudited as well as audited financial statements for both local and international clients.
➢ Preparation of business plans and proposals to support applications for financing locally and internationally ranging for sums ranging from $20,000 to over $50,000,000.
➢ Setup and maintenance of accounting systems for clients.
➢ Incorporation and administration of both Local and International Business Companies, (IBC’s) including preparation of statutory minutes, and filing of annual returns.
➢ Providing support services in the BVI for overseas affiliates to facilitate the voluntary liquidation of BVI IBC’s.
➢ Acting as court-appointed Joint Liquidator of BVI IBC’s in conjunction with a Primary Liquidator based outside of the BVI.
➢ Acting as Joint Receiver in a major international receivership matter.
➢ Acting as court-appointed sole liquidator of several BVI IBC’s and local companies.
