Don Densborn is an seasoned business lawyer who represents companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution and technology. He is experienced in all manner of entity structure, funding and finance. His practice is focused on transaction work, particularly company acquisition, disposition and combination transactions. Don served on the Uniform Law Commission drafting committees on the Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act and the Uniform Business Organization Code. He is a past chairman for the Business Law Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association.
Don has been recognized as a leading business lawyer by Chambers USA, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, as a Who’s Who in both law and finance by the Indianapolis Business Journal, an Indiana Super Lawyer by Law and Politics Magazine, and a multiple Lawyer of the Year recipient by Best Lawyers in the areas of banking and finance law, business organizations (including LLCs and partnerships), corporate law and mergers and acquisitions law.
