As a civil-law notary / corporate consultant the core of my work consists of advising entrepreneurs / enterprises, trust companies, start-ups and family businesses within my specialty, corporate law and corporate governance matters.

As civil-law notary according to Dutch law, I have the exclusive power to incorporate Dutch legal entities and execute all sorts of notarial deeds, therefor I am often involved in setting up companies in the Netherlands.

I’ve gained experience at Baker & McKenzie in Amsterdam, at Hermans & Schuttevaer and have my corporate law notary practice in my own office since 2010.
