Antonio M. Varvaro is an Italian lawyer. He is founder of the Firm.
Currently Antonio is a member of Rome BAR Association and is included in the roll of the advocates with rights of audience before the Court of Cassation and the highest Jurisdictions in Italy.
In Dubai Antonio has been authorized by the Ruler’s Court to practice law and is also a Legal Practitioner registered in DIFC Courts with unrestricted rights of audience
Antonio graduated in Law in 1987, and qualified as a Lawyer in Italy in 1990.
He is a member of the Bar Association in Italy since 1993 and – since then – has practiced law both in Italy and abroad.
In his capacity of European Lawyer, Antonio is a member of the CCBE (Conseil des Barreaux de la Communauté Européenne) with full recognition of his professional qualification before the European Court of Justice and before the Tribunal of First Instance of the EU.
Since 2002 Antonio is also a member of the International Law Association (ILA) – HQ Branch – founded in Brussels in 1873, currently based in London.
In 2007 Antonio became a FCIArb – Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a prestigious Arbitral Institution funded in 1915 under the patronage of the British Crown, and in 2010 qualified as Chartered Arbitrator (CArb) with the same Institution.
He speaks Italian (mother tongue), fluent English and French at intermediate level.
