And to symbolise this ambitious expansion of our offer and outlook, we’ve reimagined our name and branding. Taking one element from our founding name and another from the pillar upon which we’re based, our new name is Vantru.

Rory Mulvaney is the founding Director of Mulvaney. A law graduate of Queen’s University Belfast, Rory then qualified as a Chartered Accountant before training and qualifying as a Tax Consultant with KPMG Dublin.

Later Rory moved into Industry joining Linesight a leading Global Consultancy (formerly known as Bruce Shaw International) as their International Tax Manager and later established his own boutique tax and corporate service Firm Mulvaney.

Rory’s specialties are advising corporates and wealthy individuals on International Tax matters, establishing and managing complex global corporate structures across a range of sectors and purposes and handling the implementation of restructuring projects for both domestic and foreign based clients. He has a particular interest in assisting entrepreneurs in both the start-up and exit phases of their businesses.
