Maprima is an established professional service provider with a track record of almost twenty years. We are a BeNeLux based firm with offices in the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium. Most of our clients are internationally active companies and wealthy families. We are proud to have developed long standing relationships with these clients. Our team consists of more than twenty hands on professionals (administration, reporting, fiscal compliance, legal, management) working together in a flat organization. Our size allows us to offer the technical expertise, continuity and experience needed in English, French, German or Dutch. At Maprima we do not consider our clients as “files”. Clients are the very reason of our existence. The absence of a large overhead allows us to offer services at a reasonable fee level.

Over the years we have developed a good understanding of our client’s needs. It is this very understanding that helps us unburden our clients by making the BeNeLux aspects of their business as easy and smooth as possible.

Education:

1993 - 1997 Business Economics and graduation as Certified Public Accountant (Maastricht, university faculty of economics and business
science)
1989 - 1992 MBA degree with specialization in Transport and Logistics (Diepenbeek, Belgium)
1985 - 1989 Graduate of Eindhoven University of Technology, department of industrial engineering and management science.

Language skills: Dutch (native speaker), English, German, French

Professional experience
Before founding Maprima in 1999, Roland Rompelberg held management positions in public companies and worked as an auditor at Deloitte.

1999 - to date Maprima
Founding partner. Maprima is an independent provider of corporate services in the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium. Maprima's mission is to serve as an independent, reliable and proactive partner for foreign businesses and internationally active professionals. This means that clients as well as their advisors can rely on a highly skilled and motivated team. Upon request Maprima can call upon its international network of professional partners. Maprima was one of the first firms to be awarded a license for providing trust services from the Dutch Central Bank.

1998 - 2000 Adaptec Inc / Roxio Inc (Nasdaq listed)
International Controller supervising the non-American i.e. European and Asian financial and logistic departments in Maastricht, London, Aachen/Munich and Tokyo.

1996 - 1998 Mondi Group (Anglo American)
Financial controller of the Dutch plants as well as implementation of holding and financing structures for the international investments of the group. Implementation of SAP.
