Our History
... from Jamaica to Grenada.
The Willis Associates Limited was founded by Herricia L. Willis in her home parish St Thomas, Jamaica. Here the foundations of Herricia’s vision for a law practice that truly served her Caribbean people was conceived.
She built a company mindful of conducting due diligence and latterly; a people’s law practice, dealing mainly with Family Law, Financial Crime, Immigration, Criminal and Civil litigation.
Committed to offering legal support to all, the practice also conducted a fair share of unpaid legal work, which Herricia attests to:
… Pro bono work formed a substantial part of my legal expertise.
Proudly in September 2014, Herricia opened the doors of the new HL Willis & Associates Grenada office to her new clients. Herricia’s vision continues to lead the HLW Law firm. Her demonstrated history of working in the legal industry, skills in civil and criminal litigation, consulting, investigative skills and a proficient lecturer continues to produce a strong legal professional foundation for this law firm to provide excellent legal services, as well as a valued contributor to the nation’s legal and justice system’s development.
