Dr. Andrea Lantos

Budlegal’s clientele mainly consists of international corporations, mostly serving the shareholder level.

We specialise in crossborder M&As, requiring extensive and comprehensive legal and business counselling. Within our transactional work practice, our core areas of law are Corporate finance, Commercial/IPO, Real estate, Labour law and Data protection. All Budlegal partners work in English and German languages on a daily basis. Budlegal is a member of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and of the Swiss-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Andrea Lantos is practicing as a Hungarian lawyer. In 2018 she graduated from Eötvös Loránd University of Budapest, Faculty of Law with Civil Law specialization. She became a certified Data Protection Officer in 2019.

She passed her bar exams and became an independent attorney in 2022.

Andrea specialises in data protection, labour law, real estate law and litigation.

She speaks English fluently and is currently learning German.
