Davy Gorsele

After obtaining his Law Degree in 2004 (University of Antwerp), Davy has built vast experience in top law firms in Brussels and New York. He joined the firm as a partner in November 2012 and runs a successful and continuously expanding practice specializing in corporate finance legal services.

Davy has a specific expertise in assisting clients in all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, private equity and venture capital across a variety of sectors. He also regularly advises on real estate transactions and international corporate structuring. 

As a lawyer, he is a member of the Brussels Bar and Antwerp Bar. Davy is a native Dutch speaker, but is also fluent in English and French.
