To promote the articles / blogs the firm create and any third-party content relevant to the firm, keeping their audience up to date with news and updates on practice areas such as; Family Law, Wills and Estates, Institutional Sexual Abuse. Koffels wanted to achieve consistent follower growth on both LinkedIn and Twitter, drawing in a relevant audience to engage with their content and targeting specific users via Twitter to increase potential business and media opportunities for the firm.
Speaking with the client to understand their targets in more detail and establish a good line of communication with the firm. We encouraged the firm to take on an active approach with their personal accounts and act as a brand advocate for the firm profile; interacting, sharing and adding insight to posts. Research time was spent into producing and sourcing content from reputable sources which benefit the firm and give us the opportunity to cross promote with specific users online, raising the awareness of the business to those who are prospective clients and partners of Koffels.
