Paul and his firm joined IR Global in 2013. Paul is one of only a handful of members in holding two committee positions within IR: Corporate Services and our Ethics Committee, where he has dedicated a considerable amount of his own time to help set strategies for both. In the last 12 months, Paul has continued to make significant contributions to the success of the group by diligently working with the Ethics Committee and our Think Tank. It’s clear Paul will continue to build many strong, successful partnerships within the group, including through specific strategic collaborations.
Caroline and her partners at Baro Alto have been IR Global members since 2017. In late 2022, Baro Alto carried out a survey and subsequently produced a publication with 20+ IR Global members – in partnership with a French Think Tank and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne– on the subject; “Connection between criminal liability of legal entities and that of their corporate officers for improved legal protection”. As of early 2023, Caroline launched the White-Collar Crime sub-group with the core focus of offering a platform for knowledge sharing and debate in this vastly developing area. The group has already proved hugely popular which comes from recognition of Caroline’s reputation as a thought leader in WCC / Criminal Law.
Michael Kean (Loren & Kean Law)
Michael and his firm joined IR Global in 2017. One of IR Global’s key goals since the end of Covid, has been to further develop the current national / regional groups. Michael has led the way, implementing some hugely successful initiatives within our East Coast Group and hosting in-person meetings at conferences and in the spring of each year at a different location on the eastern seaboard. Michael has spent a considerable amount of his personal time and effort in managing this engaged and active group.
