Çiğdem is the managing partner of Audit and Risk Assurance Services in Tema Group. She is a CPA and Certified Independent Auditor. She has wide experience in independent audit and assurance services, financial reporting, internal control systems, internal audit, process management, corporate risk management and corporate governance.
She has worked as independent auditor in PwC for over 10 years and executed independent audit and internal audit projects of many listed and privately held local and international companies. Besides her extensive experience as auditor, she has worked as general coordinator at a group of companies manufacturing cosmetics products, where she gained managerial experience in all operational units at a manufacturing factory like production, work safety, quality management, HR, etc. She has led important projects as new ERP implementation and AEO certification.
