Through Resolution No. 20884 on April 26, 2024, the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC) formulated a statement of charges against ECOPETROL SA, CENIT TRANSPORTE Y LOGÍSTICA DE HIDROCARBUROS SAS, OLEODUCTO CENTRAL SA and HELISTAR SAS, investigated for the alleged implementation of “tailor specifications” in the contracting processes for the helicopter transportation service, carried out between 2011 and 2023.
