The Central Bank issued Normative Instruction 354, dated 02.16.2023, establishing Document 4111 for the remittance of daily information to the Central Bank regarding asset and liability account balances and the financial volume of payment transactions carried out on the day.
Institutions classified in segments S1 to S4 and electronic money issuers must forward the said document.
Electronic Money Issuing Payment Institutions must forward the daily payment transactions carried out under the following accounting heading:
3a) 3.0.9.71.00-6 – Payment transactions carried out – prudential capital of payment institutions.
Other items are included in the aforementioned regulation.
Institutions that do not present daily accounting balances, of active and passive nature, and financial volume of payment transactions, dealt with in the Normative Instruction, are exempt from sending Document 4111. The registration of the waiver referred to in the caput must be carried out in the CRD.
The rule takes effect on June 1, 2023.
