Michael A. Semanie is the founder and President of Semanie Law, PLLC. In his legal practice at Semanie Law, Michael represents businesses in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
After studying economics and psychology as an undergraduate in college, Michael went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, and he regularly utilizes that business knowledge in providing legal guidance to his business clients. Michael spent the early part of his career as the corporate marketing director for a manufacturer of high-performance powerboats. Years later, Mike would trade in powerboat races and poker runs for court appearances and deal documents, launching his “second career” in the practice of law.
