In compliance with the provisions of Decree 0533 of 2024, on June 7, 2024, the Ministry of Labor issued Resolution No. 2200 of 2024, by means of which the processes and conditions to which the entities involved must conform are issued, in order to grant the Incentive for the creation and permanence of new formal jobs of the National Government within the framework of the program called “Jobs for Life.”
The purpose of this resolution is to encourage the creation and permanence of new formal jobs by supporting employers to finance their labor, social security and parafiscal costs, whenever, for a period of no less than six months, they generate new jobs by linking population groups that generally face greater barriers to access formal jobs, namely:
