Partner Rafael Amorim , from the Tax area, talks about the tax reform, under debate in Congress, which introduces specific rules for digital e-commerce platforms.
Rafael states that the simplification of tax collection will benefit both platforms and sellers, whether individuals or companies. He highlights that it will no longer be necessary to issue an invoice for each state or municipality, as the Management Committee will distribute the amount collected.
