PRESS Release – The book “Structure of Polish Partnership Law in the light of the assignment and transfer of a Partner’s interest”

DLP Dr Robert Lewandowski & Partners sp.k.” announces that a new book “Structure of Polish Partnership Law in the light of the assignment and transfer of a Partner’s interest” by Robert Lewandowski is currently in preparation and will be published next year. The new book provides an analysis of  Polish partnership law, its roots, basic principles and structure as well as developments from a historical perspective up until current legal regulations. The main part of the book will be designated to the nature of the term “transferable interests” of the partners also in comparison with the meaning of this term under other partnership law regulations in different jurisdictions including countries following the common law system.  The author of the book will also undertake an attempt to restructure the current partnership law to make it a more attractive and enterprise supporting form of business organisation.
