The Fund intends to improve hospitality services and strengthen accommodation facilities, with a view to digitalisation and environmental sustainability.
Investment programs whose costs, net of VAT, including the relevant specific planning, are related to:
interventions to increase the energy efficiency of the structures referred to in article 2 of the decree of the Ministry of Economic Development of 6 August 2020;
anti-seismic redevelopment interventions referred to in article 16-bis, paragraph 1, letter i), of the decree of the President of the Republic of 22 December 1986, n. 917, containing the Consolidated Law on Income Taxes; c) interventions to eliminate architectural barriers, in compliance with law 9 January 1989, n. 13, and to the decree of the President of the Republic of 24 July 1996, n. 503;
extraordinary maintenance building interventions, restoration and conservative rehabilitation, building renovation or installation of light artefacts, referred to in article 3, paragraph 1, letters b), c), d) and e.5), including mobile housing units and their appurtenances and accessories located, even on a continuous basis, in outdoor accommodation facilities for the rest and stay of tourists, of the decree of the President of the Republic of 6 June 2001, n. 380, functional to the implementation of interventions to increase the energy efficiency of the structures and anti-seismic requalification and to the interventions to eliminate architectural barriers, in compliance with law 9 January 1989, n. 13 and the decree of the President of the Republic of 24 July 1996, n. 503;
interventions for the construction of thermal pools and the acquisition of equipment and machinery for carrying out thermal activities, relating to the structures referred to in article 3 of law 24 October 2000, n. 323;
interventions for digitalisation provided for by article 9, paragraph 2, of the legislative decree of 31 May 2014, n. 83, converted, with amendments, by law 29 July 2014, n. 106
furniture purchase/renewal interventions.
