Saturday 21st September
This is the day where most of our members will be arriving. and many of our sponsors and local members will be hosting meetings and social activities throughout the day / evening. Invitations will be sent directly to attendees.

Sunday 22nd September
10:00 – 11:00
Attendees can come to the IR Global drop in session, where our team will be on hand to answer any questions you have about the event. Make sure you head to our registration desk to collect your all-important name badge!
11:15 – 13:30
In late morning and early afternoon, there will be two separate speed networking sessions from 11:15am – 12:15pm, and 12:30pm – 13:30pm local time to connect with your fellow attendees. This is an excellent opportunity to meet lots of new faces at once! Please remember that these sessions are registration only.
18:00 – 21:30
Join us for an exciting evening at The Salle Wagram, undoubtedly Paris’ oldest entertainment venue, for our opening drinks reception, sponsored by Galion Avocats and Dunning, Rievman & MacDonald LLP. Coaches will depart from the Hyatt Étoile at 18:00.
Monday 23rd September
9:00 – 9:30
To get ready for a day of presentations, there will be an open networking session in the Palais des Congrès de Paris from 9am, with presentations commencing at 9:30am.
9:30 – 16:40
Throughout the morning, attendees will hear from our founder, Tom Wheeler, as well as our headline sponsors. Our first keynote speaker, Jamil Qureshi will then discuss turning ambition into achievement.
After a mid-morning break, our second keynote speaker, Nicola Winter will discuss stress, risk, crisis and the path to success when making critical decisions.
This will be followed by a networking lunch, where there are a variety of working lunches also available to attend (registration only), including a lunch sponsored by Mincey Bell Milnor.
The afternoon will kick off with an inspiring speech about calculated risk and persistence from ‘French Spiderman’ Alain Robert.
There will then be another break for refreshments in the afternoon. Following this, our Business Development Director Ross Nicholls and Head of Digital and Sponsorships Rachel Finch will update you on all things IR Global.
Finally, IR Global Founder Tom Wheeler will discuss memberships with membership sponsor rothpartners‘ Christian Roth, before our prestigious Member of the Year 2024 is awarded to one of our three hopeful finalists.
18:30 – 23:00
In the evening, join us at the Pavillon d’Armenonville, a venue steeped in history, for our luxury networking dinner, sponsored by BG2V and L J Soldinger Associates. Coaches will depart from the Hyatt Étoile at 18:30.
Tuesday 24th September
10:00 – 13:00
Attendees will start the day heading to their designated breakout sessions*, where they’ll be able to discuss unique challenges and opportunities in their jurisdictions with other members operating within their practice area. This includes sessions sponsored by GDLSK, UGGC Avocats, Ravet Avocats and Komon Avocats.
*The Disputes breakout session is offsite, departing from the Hyatt Étoile at 8:30am.
13:00 – 14:30
Preceding the afternoon workshops, there will be a networking lunch.
14:30 – 16:00
After lunch, attendees can then go to their chosen workshop for the afternoon, including a session sponsored by John R Kormanik Coaching, as well as a session from our exhibitor sponsor NetDocuments.
16:00 – 18:00
After the event, members staying in the city or with a late flight are invited to join us for goodbye drinks at the Hyatt Étoile’s Windo Sky Bar, with stunning views of the Paris skyline, sponsored by Transfer Pricing Specialists.
