  • Emily Clough and Polly Storey published an article entitled “Adult Guardianship in British Columbia” in the February 2023 edition of the Estates, Trusts and Pension Journal. The article reviews how a substitute decision-maker is appointed in circumstances where either a representative/attorney is not in place or fails to fulfill their duties to the adult.   • Polly Storey published a case comment on Fuller v Fuller, 2022 BCSC 803 in the February 2023 edition of the Estates, Trusts and Pension Journal. This case dealt with competing applications among several deadlocked co-executors, and the Court’s inherent jurisdiction to make broad directions regarding trusts.
