Changes in the Brazilian Labor Code (CLT) and the Employee’s Food Program Law (PAT) regarding teleworking and food allowance matters are now in definitive effect.
Provisions relating to teleworking will now include a detailed set of parameters for employer responsibility. The consequences of non-compliance with food allowance regulations are also specified.
