Małgorzata specializes in handling financial aspects of investment as well as the processes itself, from acquiring real estate to administrative procedures of occupancy permit, including banking law, construction law, investment contract law, public procurement law and commercial law.
Małgorzata has extensive experience, as part of consulting, she helps creditors (investment fund), contractors, design offices and public procuring entities at every stage of investment process. She focuses on advising on gaining financing for investments, complicated financial structures involving bank financing and related disputes. She is fluent in English.
