IR Global, the world’s largest exclusive network of advisory firms is delighted to introduce Lena Østgaard of IOM Law. Lena has joined IR as our exclusive Environmental Law Member in Norway.
Lena Østgaard is a Legal Advisor on International Law working on projects related to CCS, CCUS, negative emissions technologies and the energy transition. She has experience working with the regulatory issues and key legal requirements for cross-border transportation of CO2 and offshore storage. Lena is appointed Technical Expert for ISO TC265 (CCS) Working Group 7 on Transportation of CO2 by Ship, contributing to the development of international technical standards.
She holds an LL.B. and LL.M. (Public International Law) from England.
