Updated by the leading practitioners from each jurisdiction, this publication by Thomson Reuters is intended to assist business owners, consultants, investors, advisers and professionals who do business in Asia. The Singapore chapters edited by CNP’s lawyers provide a thorough analysis of business regulation and the legal system of Singapore, covering the topics listed below. The publication will help readers keep pace with the fast-moving regulatory environment in Singapore.
