Lawyers at Colin Ng & Partners LLP update the Singapore chapters of “Doing Business in Asia”

Colin Ng & Partners LLP (“CNP”) is pleased to announce that its Partner, Bill Jamieson, and Associate, Jason Su, from the Funds and Financial Services Practice Group, have co-ordinated the updating of the Singapore chapters of ”Doing Business in Asia”, a project that required the support of various other partners and associates in the firm.

“Doing Business in Asia” provides a comparison of the laws and regulations that govern doing business in over 14 key Asian jurisdictions. Updated by the leading practitioners from each jurisdiction, this publication by Thomson Reuters is intended to assist business owners, consultants, investors, advisers and professionals who do business in Asia. The Singapore chapters edited by CNP’s lawyers provide a thorough analysis of business regulation and the legal system of Singapore, covering the topics listed below. The publication will help readers keep pace with the fast-moving regulatory environment in Singapore.
