Founding and named partner of K&L Legal since 2007, master of law of Jagiellonian University Law Faculty in Cracov, Poland and member of Chambers of Legal Advisors in Wrocław, Poland.
Krzysztof specializes in handling investment processes, from acquiring real estate to administrative procedures of occupancy permit, including construction law, investment contract law, public procurement law and commercial law.
Krzysztof has extensive experience in providing legal services to contracts implemented as part of public procurement for the largest construction companies on the Lower Silesian and nationwide markets, as well as for the largest public entities. As part of consulting, he helps contractors, design offices and public procuring entities at every stage of investment process – from the acquisition, formal and legal preparation of real estate, through representation in the Panel of Arbitrators and the National Appeals Chamber, to procedures related to obtaining occupancy permits and equipping facilities, as well as representation in court disputes, including disputes with subcontractors. He also advises many companies, including foreign companies, in the process of starting a business in Poland.
