Acting as managing partner at Kallas Law Firm, his expertise is primarily focused on banking, corporate law, complex cross border commercial disputes and real estate.
Malek holds a Postgraduate diploma from King’s College London (2018) and an Executive Master of Laws from King’s College London with a focus on initial coin offerings (ICOs) and securities regulations (2019).
He was granted the “Medicine and Ethics lawyer of the Year- Lebanon” award by finance monthly legal awards 2022. Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
