Jonathan practices as a transactional real estate lawyer and is a member of the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group. Jonathan has extensive experience in leasing, acquisitions/sales and financing of commercial properties, together with related environmental and land use matters. Jonathan represents owner operators, real estate developers and investors in connection with land acquisitions, ground-up developments and financing matters for commercial properties, including restaurants, shopping centers, office buildings, and multi-family projects. Jonathan also assists high net worth clients with residential real estate matters. As a member of the Firm’s Commercial Finance Group, Jonathan represents both lenders and borrowers in complex commercial lending transactions, including syndicated and participated loans, mezzanine financings, acquisition financings, and credit enhancements.
