Joint Consultation Conclusions on Proposed Changes to Hong Kong Listing Regulation Released
On 15 September 2017, the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Exchange), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX), released their Joint Consultation Conclusions on Proposed Enhancements to the Exchange’s Decision-Making and Governance Structure for Listing Regulation (Consultation Conclusions).
