AI should remain a tool at the service of humans, not replace them. Thanks to its capability to “machine learn”, AI should continuously improve as a tool and therefore set the expectations higher for those who use it. See it as a “minimum standard” humans will have to abide by, leaving humans room for imagination and creativity of use. It will reduce complacency and mediocrity in services, improve the quality of R&D and therefore increase efficiency and productivity.
