Jean-François Alandry, with French nationality, is co-founder and Managing Partner of Eurohold, S.L. since 1989. Mr. Alandry has more than 20 years experience in Corporate Finance and closed more than 100 deals in his career. He has advised numerous corporate operations, both industrials and Private equity firms, in various sectors such as IT and Telecommunications, Environment, B2B Services or Healthcare. Mr. Alandry holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance from the Lyon Business School and was later a graduate of ESSEC with a Master Degree in Financial Techniques. He arrived in Spain at the end of 1987 trough the French Consulate in Barcelona. Additonally to his native French, Mr. Alandry speaks fluent Spanish, English and Catalan.
Eurohold was established in 1989 as a Corporate Finance Consulting Company and is at present one of the most active Mergers & Acquisitions companies in Spain. The company mainly operates in Spain but also through its’ partners network in Italy, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, UK, Sweden, Norway and Germany. The capital belongs to the founders/ executives.The company is strongly focused on long-term relationships with clients and specializes in growth companies in key sectors.
