How to improve collaboration in your business

Bignon De Keyser shares in «Insights» its analysis of trends, innovations, new tools,
new service offers and original ideas likely to be of interest to its clients and professional
service providers.

Our new issue is devoted to the challenges of collaboration. We face a more difficult
market in 2023, and an uncertain business environment. The economic conditions –
either a slowdown or a recession – are accompanied by increased costs through inflation,
supply chain interruptions and much higher energy prices. We are seeing the impact of
this on law firm results for 2022.

Many of the ordinary levers we would use to manage the impact of such challenges and
continue to generate turnover at attractive levels tend to overlook the better exploitation
of the opportunities that already exist between partners, practices and offices and which
might be better cultivated and nurtured through effective collaboration. We frequently
neglect what might well be the most effective way to drive up revenue: tapping into your
existing business, clients and teams by getting your people to work better together. This
is the subject of this article.
