EO No. 4.21 – State Disaster Emergency Due to Healthcare Staffing Shortages
On May 22, 2023, Governor Hochul signed Executive Order (EO) No. 4.21 continuing the declared statewide disaster emergency due to healthcare staffing shortages. EO No. 4.21 extends various staffing flexibilities provided under EOs No. 4 and its successors through EO No. 4.20. EO No 4.21 is effective until June 8, 2023.
