Payton & Associates’ managing member, Harry Payton, participated in the IR Global conference in London, September 27-29, 2015. IR Global is an international organization of 750 vetted professionals in the areas of law, accounting, and finance. The conference was attended by 250 members from over 70 jurisdictions around the world, and included specialist break-out sessions, networking, guest speakers, and an evening at the historic Shakespeare Globe Theatre & UnderGlobe.
Harry was pleased to lead the meeting of the IR Global Private Client Committee in a discussion of wealth preservation, asset protection, and estate planning for high net worth individuals and wealthy families. He is IR’s commercial litigation member in Florida, and a member of the steering committee of IR’s Private Client group. “Membership in the IR Global network enables our firm to broaden its service platform domestically and internationally for the benefit of our clients,” said Payton.
Harry is board certified by The Florida Bar in business litigation and civil trial. He participates in a number of professional committees, including the American Bar Association (ABA) Corporate Counsel Committee, Section of Litigation; the ABA Section of International Law, Art & Cultural Heritage Law Committee; the Florida Bar Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee; and the 11th Judicial Circuit’s Professionalism Committee.
