Haley was raised in Sand Springs, Oklahoma and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at the University of Central Oklahoma, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from UCO. Haley is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor, and is in the final steps of becoming a Certified Fraud Examiner.
