GvW Graf von Westphalen advised the shareholders of dna Gesellschaft für IT Services mbH on the sale of the company to DATAGROUP.

dna Gesellschaft für IT Services specialises in services for IT infrastructures and applications. The company, which has offices in Hamburg, Berlin, Hanover and Oldenburg, provides support for savings banks throughout Germany as the preferred partner of a key IT service provider from the savings bank association.

DATAGROUP (D6H) is one of the leading German IT service companies with almost 3,000 employees. Headquartered in Pliezhausen near Stuttgart, it provides a full range of services for over 600,000 IT-workstations of SMEs, large businesses and the public sector worldwide.
