GvW Graf von Westphalen has advised the shareholders of STAGIL GmbH on the sale of the company to TIMETOACT GROUP, a portfolio company of funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe, as well as former STAGIL managing director Björn Frauen on the investment in TIMETOACT GROUP.
