On 31 January 2017, Dutch company Brack Capital Properties NV, listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, has successfully issued shares and warrants through a public offering raising EUR 50,000,000.
Brack Capital Properties NV, headquartered in Amsterdam the Netherlands, is active on the German real estate market with over 1.25 million sqm of income producing and development properties with a value of approximately EUR 1.3 billion. The company has a market cap of EUR 582 million.
The public offering was through units comprising of 10 ordinary shares and 5 warrants (series 1). The offering has successfully closed on 31 January 2017.
