The Global Growth Programme is a recently launched by West Midlands Growth Company and Department for International Trade support programme, available for international companies looking to quickly grow in the UK, as well as West Midlands based businesses who are looking to scale-up export.
Through the West Midlands Global Growth Programme, international companies investing in the UK can benefit from a fully funded package of commercial workspace, market entry and business acceleration support. EBS , as a commercial partner of the West Midlands Growth Company, will offer free UK company establishment and official address in the West Midlands, 50% discount on our legal and secretarial package and bespoke accounting and payroll services for the companies who join the programme.
The businesses will be selected for this accelerator programme to kickstart their international growth, which will be housed at the Innovation Birmingham Campus, part of Bruntwood Sci-Tech, the region’s leading digital tech campus in the heart of Birmingham.
It’s a fantastic opportunity for ambitious international companies seeking to grow quickly in the UK market, to establish at the heart of the UK’s fastest-growing technology cluster in the West Midlands.
There is also an exciting opportunity for innovative technology companies to take part in the Scale Up Games which will take place in Birmingham at the end of July this year. This unique pitching competition will enable founders to take their businesses to the next level with the opportunity to pitch to investors and join a tailored five-day programme of meetings with potential clients.
The Global Growth Programme is open to companies who meet the following criteria:
-A wholly-owned subsidiary or branch of a non-UK company, or with more than 10% of shareholding held by a non-UK organisation
-Technology-led, or operating within the Future Mobility, Low Carbon, Data-Driven Healthcare, Modern Business Services or Creative & Digital Technology sectors
-A qualified ambition to create 10 or more jobs within the West Midlands within three years of market entry
