Mythoverse – The Concept

Mythoverse is a cinematic universe for global audiences based on stories from the glorious epics of Indian mythology – The Ramayana and The Mahabharata.

Mythoverse would explore India’s rich mythological mural by posing India’s mythological figures as contemporary superheroes before a global audience.

You can view a short narrative on the Mythoverse concept here.

Key elements of this universe can be broadly categorised into Feature Films, Non-animated Web Series and Animated Web-series. Starting with the great Indian epics - Ramayana & Mahabharata, the universe will gradually branch into standalone character spin-offs. Partnering with A-listers of the film industry, Mythoverse aims to portray the long-carried stories of Indian mythology through a digitally creative narration.

Mythoverse shall yield multiple revenue streams (apart from feature films and web series) in the form of music, satellite rights, digital rights, merchandising and gaming which would open up avenues for growth into allied sectors.

The Market

Mythoverse is strategically placed in a swiftly evolving global media and entertainment market, growing at a CAGR of 17%.
