Cybersecurity 2023 – Trends and developments in Sweden

Cybersecurity has become a hot topic in Sweden in recent years, with several high-profile cyber-attacks and IT incidents occurring, disrupting the business operations of influential operators. However, while many might consider disruptions to critical systems to be the most severe cybersecurity-related risks most organisations face today, they are hardly the only ones – with loss of data, exposure of confidential or trade secret information, high administrative fines, and bad-will from the public also representing significant risks.
