Tuesday 25th June
This is the day where most of our members will be arriving. Local sponsor Thomas H. Curran Associates along with co-sponsors Broadhurst and Sanli Pastore & Hill invite you to the UMass Club for a cocktail reception of drinks and canapes. RSVP here.
Wednesday 26th June
9:30 – 10:30
Attendees can come to the IR Global drop in session, where the team will be on hand to answer any questions you have about the event.
10:30 – 11:45
Join Gravis Law’s Jill Williamson for a panel discussion on the future of blockchain and investment. To register, please email [email protected].
This session will be followed by a networking lunch for attendees from 12:00 – 1:30.
14:30 – 16:00
Join us for a walking tour of Boston to get a full taste of our host city and uncover splendid examples of Victorian architecture.
18:30 – 21:30
In the evening, we offer attending members time to meet in a relaxed social setting at our opening drinks reception, sponsored by Frazier & Deeter and Kenneth Reich Law, in the Boston Public Library’s historic Guastavino Room.
Thursday 27th June
9:15 – 9:45
To get ready for a day of presentations and networking, there will be an open networking session in the Fairmont Copley Plaza’s Grand Ballroom Foyer.
9:45-16:30
Throughout the morning, attendees will hear from our founder, Tom Wheeler and receive a welcome to Boston from our membership sponsor, Thomas H. Curran. Our first keynote speaker, Michael J. White will then discuss client cultivation, helping attendees tap into new revenue.
After a mid-morning break, networking will commence and our Head of Digital and Sponsorships Rachel Finch will also update you on all things IR Global.
After a networking lunch, attendees will hear from our second keynote speaker, Edith Onderick-Harvey, who will answer the question: How do you compete with other firms to attract, retain, and develop the best people? We’ll then round off the afternoon with a second networking session, followed by closing refreshments.
19:00 – 10:30
In the evening, attendees can enjoy our luxury networking dinner in the Fairmont Copley Plaza’s Grand Ballroom, sponsored by Sanli Pastore & Hill and Paul Beare Ltd.
Friday 28th June
9:15 – 9:45
Our final day once again begins with refreshments in the Grand Ballroom Foyer.
9:45 – 11:00
Attendees will then head to their designated breakout sessions for the morning, where they’ll be able to discuss unique challenges and opportunities in their jurisdictions with other members operating within their practice area.
11:30 – 12:45
After a mid-morning break, attendees will then head to their chosen workshops.
12:45 – 14:00
A networking lunch will then be held in the Fairmont Copley Plaza’s Grand Ballroom Foyer.
15:00 – 18:30
Finally, join us for a closing drinks reception cruise, along the Boston harbour, where you will see spectacular views of Boston’s skyline, sponsored by Barnes Roffe.
Saturday 29th June
Join us on an optional excursion* to the Boston Tea Party Ships and Museum for a history lesson you won’t forget.
