On May the fourth, Pedro Corrales from the accounting firm Mora & Vazquez Asociados in Monterrey Mexico invited fellow IR Global member Dr. Ruben Flores from FGA Attorneys and advisors in San Antonio Texas USA to do a webinar on the subject: “Asset and fiscal Protection in the US” which was aimed at explaining the different legal entities and structures that foreign investors and companies interested in protecting their assets, net worth or holdings by transferring them or investing in USA, which legal system may offer more security and peace of mind than in other own jurisdictions. The web conference was attended by Enrique Covarrubias, senior partner in Mora & Vazquez Asociados and his colleagues at the Monterrey chapter of Rotary International.
