Violetta has over 20 years of business and finance leadership experience. She is a skilled expert in management consulting. Prior to establishing Gekko advisoryNOW consulting firm, Violetta held the director’s role in KPMG. Earlier she worked for McCormick where she led development of their shared accounting centre for EMEA region. She also held responsibility for design and implementation of PwC’s internal shared accounting services centre for Northern Cluster (Poland & Baltics). In her career, Violetta held the role of finance director at Avon Cosmetics Poland, Avon Operations, TNT Express Worldwide, and Abbott Laboratories in Poland and England.
Violetta specializes in areas such as: operating models of business service centers (design, build, implementation, optimization, automation and robotization), financial management using the latest technological solutions, enterprise performance management, cost management, value management, operational and strategic restructuring, optimization of business and operational processes with particular emphasis on digital capabilities.
