Ursula In-Albon (born 1964) attended the University of Berne and was admitted to the bar in 1998. She has been on the staff of Troller Hitz Troller since 1999. Since September 2003 she is a partner in Troller Hitz Troller.
Her main professional field of activity is intellectual property law and competition law in particular patent law, trademark law, design law, copyright law, unfair competition law, company-name law, advertising law, and domain-name law. She also deals routinely with matters of contract law and corporation law. She represents clients in court proceedings in many German speaking Swiss cantons and engages in counselling.
Ms. In-Albon deals with the worldwide filing of trademarks and designs.
Ms. In-Albon is a member of numerous professional associations, including the International Trademark Association (INTA), the European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA), MARQUES, AIPPI Switzerland, the Institut für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz (INGRES), the Schweizer Verband der Richter in Handelssachen, the Bernese and Swiss Bar Associations.
From 2001 - 2006 she acted as a judge on the Federal Board of Appeals for Intellectual Property.
Ms. In-Albon speaks German, French and English.
