Ulrika has worked with legal advice at a law firm since 2008. Ulrika mainly works with Swedish and international business law with a focus on commercial agreements, corporate law issues and company transfers. Ulrika also has extensive experience in real estate legal matters and commercial tenancy law. She assists in the transfer of real estate, in matters relating to all types of use rights, planning and construction issues and with advice to housing associations.
