He has extensive experience in customs matters (both in consulting and litigation), including procedural aspects in foreign trade transactions, having added to his legal knowledge the qualification courses in the customs and foreign trade areas.
Tiago advises almost all companies in the Brazilian Oil, Gas & Offshore sector (including oil companies, exploration and drilling companies, support shipping companies, service providers in the Oil, Gas & Offshore area and many equipment suppliers for the industry, with local or foreign manufacture of this equipment), and also for the most relevant associations in the sector (IBP and ABESPETRO), with an approach that combines the legal/tax context with a practical view on the procedural aspects involved.
