Mr. Thomas is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and he has over 36 years of experience in all facets of finance including accounting, auditing, business consultancy, company formation, legal compliance, etc. He is a self-directed professional with excellent problem solving, analytical and management skills. Day to day activities of PAUL & HASSAN are closely controlled and monitored by him.
Mr. Thomas had a meaningful audit experience with A.F. Ferguson, an affiliate/representative of KPMG in India during the early 1990’s.
Mr. Thomas has worked with big private companies in Saudi Arabia and UAE, where he has led as the chief financial officer of the group and personal adviser to the chief executive officer.
Finally in 2004, PAUL & HASSAN was established under the leadership of Mr. Thomas. He has utilized and enhanced his core area of expertise which includes in-depth system review and reporting, management advisory services and financial statements presentations. He acquired vast experience in auditing and system review of companies operating in various industry segments.
Mr. Thomas is also managing TJ & Associates in India.
Mr. Thomas is also a board member of some companies under trading, manufacturing, construction and plantation industries in UAE and India.
